With Pennsylvania’s most famous Groundhog- Punxsutawney Phil, predicting 6 more weeks of winter, I propose we should all do our best at finding all of those winter specialties such as rare gulls, owls, Bohemian Waxwings, and finches before they make their eventual move north.
