For the last 5 to 10 years I have been noticing a distinct decline in the amount of California Quail I have seen. I am concerned about this and dont know who to go to to find out if there is a decline or if the populations have moved elsewhere...I would like to know if anyone else has noticed this and has any comments about my observations.
