Day 2

Day two of the cross country trek from NY to CA proved a little more fruitful in the bird department. While no Ivory-billed Woodpeckers were observed in Arkansas, several Eurasian Collared-Doves were as was a Loggerhead Shrike. Other good birds of note included more Black Vultures, this time in Nashville TN, Eastern Bluebirds in western TN, and singing Song Sparrows in Knoxville. Spring is here in the south central states. Until next time,
