Many Thanks to RTPI
On behalf of Chat Happens, Ryan and I would like to thank the Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History for the inclusion of this site in their list of top ‘Recommended Sites’ on the web. This is especially humbling when we are placed near such great avian sites including: Bird Watcher’s Digest, Thayer Birding Software, Electronic Naturalist, and the Great Backyard Bird Count. Our only hope is to continue in improving Chat Happens in the coming years, and to inspire others to love our feathered friends in the way that Roger Tory Peterson and the birds he loved have inspired us. Many thanks RTPI!

Thanks Tom, I enjoyed checking out your blog as well, some of those pictures are just fantastic! The saw-whet owl in the flash is a really cool shot. Your work at ASP is admirable and much needed. We will be sure to link to your site as well. I’ve never tested our feeds so you’ll have to let us know if they work.
best, Ryan

Tom,
Thanks for the compliments on the site! It is this brand of inspiration that furthers us along in our goals of our “dream site” in the near future. Since its inception just over a year ago, Chat Happens has given us many great memories, and a venue to inspire others (and ourselves) with the passion of birds and nature. It is fantastic to see that others have appreciated our works as well. Many thanks.
Best always,
Chad
