No more than 4 days after reporting the presence of rare gulls across the northeast and North America there was reports of many LITTLE GULLS around Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Up to 13 were observed by one observer over the course of a day. Also present were unusually high numbers of Bonaparte's Gulls at these locations...at least that is what I gathered from the reports that I briefly scanned over.
